Jeanne Meister is Founding Partner, Future Workplace, an HR Advisory and Research firm. She is Co-Host of the Future Workplace Network, a consortium of heads of HR, Talent and Learning, Jeanne's most recent book, The Future Workplace: 10 Rules For Mastering Disruption in Recruiting and Engaging Employees was awarded the Silver Axiom Best Business Book Award for HR professionals and the Bellwether Award by the Community College Futures Assembly.
Jeanne has over 25 years of experience in HR and she is the receipt of the Distinguished Contribution in Workplace Learning Award, an award given to one executive each year by ATD, honoring her body of work. Jeanne is also the recepient of the Colin Corder Award for Outstanding Achievement in Workplace Learning by the Learning and Performance Institute.
Jeanne has written over 100 articles on the future of working and learning and her current focus is on the power of using AI for HR. Kevin is Partner of Future Workplace and co-author of The Future Workplace: 10 Rules For Mastering Disruption in Recruiting and Engaging Employees an award winning book that presents an actionable framework for meeting today’s toughest talent disruptions head on and developing a strategy to be a workplace activist.
Kevin is the co-host of The Future Workplace Network, a membership community for HR, Talent and Learning leaders who come together four times a year to discuss, debate and share what's next in preparing for the future workplace and workforce. Kevin is a keynote speaker on the topic of preparing for the future of work and regularly facilitates in person and online corporate workshops to help HR organizations ‘future proof’ their function based on the latest people development insights.
Kevin is passionate about using MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) to upskill the HR community to rethink, reimagine and reinvent their employee experiences.
Kevin brings a strategic focus to the HR function having received his BA degree in Management Science from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Boston College. Kevin most recently completed an MITx MOOC course on Big Data. Kevin lives in Boston, MA, USA
